Terms and Conditions of Gym Membership

1. Membership Agreement

By signing up for a membership at Lifefit Complete, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Membership is granted on a month-by-month basis, and either party may terminate the membership at the end of any monthly period with appropriate notice.

 

2. Informed Consent

You acknowledge that your participation in activities at Lifefit Complete is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for following all instructions provided by our staff, but you do so with the understanding that exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury or health complications. You consent to this risk and agree to hold Lifefit Complete harmless in the event of injury.

 

3. Owner's Disclaimer

Lifefit Complete and its owners, employees, and agents accept no liability for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or other mishaps that occur on the premises or as a result of using our facilities and equipment. This includes any damage, loss, or theft of personal property.

 

4. Medical Clearance

Before starting any new exercise program or using our facilities, you agree to consult with a qualified healthcare professional to ensure that you are medically and physically fit to participate. By using our gym, you confirm that you have no conditions or impairments that would make exercise unsafe.

 

5. Membership Terms

Membership at Lifefit Complete is provided on a month-by-month basis. Membership fees are due at the beginning of each monthly period. Membership will automatically renew unless notice of termination is provided by either party at least [specified number] of days before the end of the current month.

 

6. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner. This includes:

 

Using equipment properly and returning it to its designated place after use.

Wiping down equipment after use.

Adhering to the posted gym rules and any instructions from staff.

Refraining from any behaviour that could be deemed disruptive or harmful to others.

 

7. Facility Usage

The gym facilities, including all equipment and services, are to be used solely for their intended purpose. Misuse or damage to equipment will result in the member being held financially responsible for repairs or replacements.

 

8. Personal Trainers and Instructors

Our personal trainers and instructors are certified professionals. However, members are advised that participation in any training or class offered by our staff is at their own risk. Lifefit Complete not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from participation in these activities.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Lifefit Complete reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the gym facilities will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

 

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for purposes related to your membership and communication from Lifefit Complete. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
